Nathan P. Flynn is an associate with Hill & Robbins, P.C., where his practice emphasizes the fields of commercial litigation, class actions, and water and natural resource law. In his litigation practice, Mr. Flynn has served as part of the lead counsel team representing statewide classes of Colorado consumers in nondisclosure cases against several automobile insurance companies, and as counsel for businesses with complex tort and contract claims. He has effectively represented his client’s interests in both federal and state court litigation. In his water and natural resource practice, he provides advice and representation to special districts, water conservation districts, municipalities, and homeowners associations on a variety of matters, including those involving water rights and water supply development.
Mr. Flynn was born in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. He received his B.A. from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado in 2002. While at Colorado State University, he served as Interfraternity Council President and as an ASCSU Senator, and was selected to participate in the Albert C. Yates Presidential Leadership Program. In 2007, he received his Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado School of Law. As a law student, he participated on an interdisciplinary task force charged with assisting Governor Ritter’s Council on Innovation develop a ten-year broadband strategy for the State of Colorado. He also served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Jack W. Berryhill, District Court Judge, First Judicial District of Colorado, and worked as a research assistant for the Energy & Environmental Security Initiative.
Mr. Flynn currently resides in Denver with his fiancé, Daisy. In his free time, he enjoys fly fishing, backpacking, and traveling.
